Binnen de Self Storage zijn er bedrijven met grote vestigingen die uit meerdere verdiepingen bestaan. Hoe zorgt u er dan voor dat een huurder alleen op die plek komt waar hij mag zijn? En hoe zorgt u ervoor dat een huurder niet ongewenst door het hele filiaal gaat lopen? SC Solutions heeft hiervoor de oplossing, met toegangsrechten op maat.

 

Dwalen voorkomen

Dankzij eigen toegangssoftware, die al sinds 2008 uitstekend werkt bij veel Self Storage vestigingen, is het mogelijk de toegangsrechten van huurders in te stellen. Als vestigingsleider bepaalt u waar huurders mogen komen en wanneer ze daar toegang hebben. Zo kunt u voorkomen dat huurders zich ongewenst door het hele pand begeven.

Liften waar nodig

Dankzij de SC Liftswitch is het mogelijk de toegangsrechten van de lift te regelen. Zo kunt u bepalen of een huurder van een unit al dan niet van de lift gebruik mag maken. De locatie van de gehuurde unit zal daarbij leidinggevend zijn.

Dienstbaar toegangsbeer

Door toepassing van de SC Liftswitch in combinatie met het SC Access toegangspakket is er meer mogelijk. Het is  namelijk dan niet alleen mogelijk in te stellen of een huurder de lift mag gebruiken, maar er kan zelfs een beperking op het liftgebruik toegepast worden. Heeft een huurder een unit op de tweede verdieping, dan zal hij wel toegang krijgen tot de lift naar de tweede verdieping, maar kan hij bijvoorbeeld niet uitstappen op de eerste verdieping. Zo helpt u de huurders zich naar de juiste verdieping te begeven en voorkomt u zwerfacties door het bedrijf.

Bij veel ondernemers in de Self Storage is nog altijd sprake van verlichting die de hele dag brandt, zeker ook gezien personeel dat in de rondte loopt. Nadat SC Solutions jaren geleden unmanned systemen in de Self Storage introduceerde, waardoor aanwezigheid van personeel op de werkvloer niet langer noodzakelijk is, kwam gelijk de vraag om lichtcontrole die enerzijds energiezuinig, maar anderzijds klantvriendelijk is

 

Energie beheer

Met de huidige energieprijzen, die hoger en hoger worden, kwam de vraag uit de markt om de verlichting in de Self Storage alleen te laten branden op momenten dat dit strikt noodzakelijk is. Hoewel hiervoor allerlei oplossingen zijn op basis van bewegingsmelders, koppelde SC Solutions de verlichting aan de toegangscontrole. Hierdoor is het mogelijk geworden om de verlichting alleen te laten branden wanneer er gasten in het gebouw zijn. Zijn er geen mensen rechtmatig in het gebouw, dan wordt de verlichting dankzij de SC-lichtschakelaar automatisch uitgeschakeld. Dit scheelt enorm in de kosten.

 

Klantvriendelijkheid

Omdat kostenbesparing niet ten koste van klanten mag gaan, is er met de SC-lichtschakelaar de mogelijkheid om een klantvriendelijk verlichtingsschema op te stellen, wederom gekoppeld aan de toegangscontrole. Komt er een huurder van een unit naar de Self Storage en opent hij daarmee rechtmatig de deur, dan gaat het verlichtingspad in werking. Alleen de gangen waar gebruik van wordt gemaakt om bij de unit te komen worden verlicht. De resterende lampen, die niet op de huurdersroute liggen, blijven uit. De huurder heeft hierdoor niet alleen voldoende licht, maar hij voelt zich welkom doordat hij naar de juiste plek wordt geleid.

Binnen de Self Storage staat één zaak voorop: u moet in staat zijn om uw huurders toegang te bieden. De manier waarop u dit doet is volledig aan u. Punten die meegenomen moeten worden in het besluit is enerzijds het type toegang dat het betreft en anderzijds de vraag of u de units al dan niet unmanned wilt maken. SC Solutions biedt meerdere mogelijkheden voor een optimaal toegangsbeheer binnen de Self Storage, met uiterst beproefde producten die al jaar en dag goed functioneren bij onze klanten.

Welk slot gebruiken?

Binnen de Self Storage markt zijn er veel keuzemogelijkheden op het gebied van sloten. Daar waar enkele bedrijven een enorme verscheidenheid aan sloten in het assortiment heeft, heeft SC Solutions ervoor gekozen om slechts een selectie van de mogelijkheden in haar leveringspakket op te nemen, rekening houden met het standpunt dat kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid en gebruiksvriendelijkheid voorop staan. Een rijke ervaring en veelvuldig onderzoek gedurende de bestaansperiode van SC Solutions heeft geresulteerd in een beproefd aantal sloten dat zowel manned als unmanned inzetbaar is.

Unmanned sloten

Voor de units gebruikt SC Solutions beproefde elektrische deursloten, die zowel bij roldeuren als swingdeuren toegepast kunnen worden. Door invoering van een pincode of het gebruik van een app kan de deur van de unit eenvoudig opengestuurd worden, zonder dat hiervoor een sleutel of kaart noodzakelijk is die aan uw huurder verstrekt wordt. De toegangscode of app kunnen eenvoudig digitaal verstrekt worden, waardoor een personeelslid op locatie niet langer noodzakelijk is.

Omdat niet iedere Self Storage ondernemer toe is aan unmanned installaties, is het ook mogelijk deze sloten in te zetten voor gebruik met toegangskaart of druppel.

 

Cilindersloten

Sinds twee jaar brengt SC Solutions ook cilindersloten op de markt. Dit zijn sloten die het gebruik van een sleutel en aparte deurgreep onnodig maken en die u relatief eenvoudig kunt toepassen. Onze cilindersloten werken in combinatie met pincode keypad en app. Ook kan dit type slot toegepast worden bij reguliere deuren, waarbij u ervoor kunt kiezen gebruik te maken van toegangskaarten. Een mooie chique oplossing wanneer u toegangsdeuren gebruikt bij ruimten die verhuurd worden als kantoorruimte. Ook voor technische ruimten, wc-ruimten en garages kan het cilinderslot uitkomst bieden.

Deursloten voor toegangsdeuren

Is een cilinderslot niet van toepassing of ziet u hier simpelweg de meerwaarde niet van, dan heeft SC Solutions ook nog de gebruikelijke sluitplaten in haar leveringspakket, welke in het kozijn geplaatst kunnen worden. De sluitplaten kunnen opengestuurd worden met kaart, sleutel, pincode of app.

 

Keuze tot zover als nodig is

SC Solutions heeft het aantal deursloten dat toegepast wordt weten te reduceren tot drie type sloten, die elk uitvoerig getest zijn.

  1. Deursloten voor toegangsdeuren van selfstorage units, swingdeuren en roldeuren.
  2. Cilindersloten voor reguliere toegangsdeuren, kantoren en garages.
  3. Elektrische sluitplaten voor reguliere loopdeuren.

Which lock to use?

Unmanned locks
Tried and tested electric door locks for the SC Solutions units used, which can be used for both roller doors and swing doors. The access code of the app can be easily removed, immediately a staff member on site is no longer necessary.
Because not every Self Storage entrepreneur is into unmanned installations, it is also possible to use these locks for use with an access card or drop.

Cylinder locks
SC Solutions has also been marketing cylinder locks for two years now. These are locks that make the use of a key and separate door unnecessary and that you can use easily. Our cylinder locks work in combination with a pin code keyboard and app. This type can also be used for regular doors, where you can choose to use access cards. Amsterdam Noord is volop in ontwikkeling. Er wordt volop gebouwd met het oog op wonen en werken. Tegemoetkomend aan beide zaken ontwikkelt Join Me op dit moment een mooi concept: flex office, waar flexplekken, kantoorruimten en vergaderruimtes per dag, week of maand gehuurd kunnen worden.

In Amsterdam Noord is een gebouw  aangekocht, de verbouwing in gang gezet en vervolgens komt SC Solutions wederom in beeld voor de beveiliging en het toegangsbeheer. Een mooie klus op geringe afstand.

Het concept

Join Me redeneert vanuit de gedachte dat de manier van werken in zijn algemeenheid aan het veranderen is. Lang niet iedereen wil nog iedere dag naar een kantoorgebouw reizen om daar een vaste werkplek te hebben, terwijl er vanuit huis of dicht bij huis net zo eenvoudig gewerkt kan worden. Waarom immers tijd verdoen met reizen, terwijl dat niet strikt noodzakelijk is? Daarbij willen lang niet alle bedrijven geconfronteerd worden met dure huren van panden en reiskosten van personeel. Tel je deze twee zaken bij elkaar op, dan kom je tot de conclusie dat het wel heel prettig zou zijn als er in de buurt van de eigen woning een pand zou staan waar je voor een dag, week of maand een ruimte kan huren om aan het werk te gaan.

Sinds 2020 is er in de self storage markt een nieuwe speler bijgekomen: Edelbox. Daar waar de Bouwhuis Groep een sterke focus heeft op investeren in en ontwikkelen van vernieuwende vastgoedconcepten, kwamen zij op de markt met het Edelbox concept voor particulieren, ZZP’ers en ondernemers die op zoek zijn naar opslagruimte of werkruimte. Een belangrijk aspect van Edelbox is het bieden van enerzijds opslagruimten voor particulieren en ZZP’ers, maar daarnaast ook werkruimten, voorzien van ledverlichting, verwarming, stroompunten en mogelijkheden voor internet en een eigen postbus. Hiermee biedt Edelbox mogelijkheden aan veel verschillende partijen. Een webshop maar onvoldoende bergruimte thuis? Een software totaalpakket speciaal voor de Self Storage

In het huidige digitale tijdperk, waar ruimte schaars is, neemt de behoefte van opslagruimten steeds meer toe. Daarbij is het belangrijk om als opslagbedrijf goed zichtbaar en vindbaar te zijn, want gemak staat bij veel mensen voorop. Is er een opslagruimte gekozen, dan is er sterk de behoefte aan een eenvoudige toegang en goede beveiliging. Dit kan als totaalpakket door één partij voor u geregeld worden. SC Solutions ontwikkelde, met 25 jaar ervaring in toegangsbeheer, speciaal voor de Self Storage het pakket SC Access. De totaaloplossing waar klanten van op aan kunnen.

 

Gegevens van huurders registreren

SC Access biedt de mogelijkheid de NAW-gegevens van huurders in te voeren en daarbij de huurders te koppelen aan units en pincodes. Daarmee kan het pakket voor kleine filialen volstaan als reserveringspakket, met als uitzondering dat het factureren binnen dit pakket niet mogelijk is. Voor grotere filialen geldt vaak dat er gebruik wordt gemaakt van reserveringssoftware. SC Access heeft een API om eenvoudig een koppeling te creëren, waardoor de NAW-gegevens, unitnummers en pincodes vanuit het reserveringssysteem worden doorgestuurd.

Toegangsbeheer tot in de puntjes geregeld

Binnen SC Access is het mogelijk om toegangsrechten aan te maken. U kunt zelf bepalen welke toegangstijdens gelden, op welke dagen er toegang verkregen kan worden en op welke locaties uw huurders mogen komen. Daarvoor maakt SC Access gebruik van tijdzones en toegangsgroepen. Hierdoor kunt u instellen wie er wanneer toegang krijgt en in welke gebieden van het filiaal ze mogen komen. Er is hierbij oneindig aantal mogelijkheden, waarbij de medewerkers van SC Solutions u graag van dienst zijn.

Licht- en liftsturing

SC Access biedt u de mogelijkheid om de toegang klantvriendelijker en toegankelijker te maken. Zo kan er ingesteld worden wie er al dan niet toegang hebben tot de lift en zelfs tot welke verdieping ze de lift mogen gebruiken. Ook is het mogelijk verlichting te laten branden op locaties waar dit noodzakelijk is. Is er een opslagruimte gehuurd aan het begin van het pand, dan kan de verlichting achterin het pand uit blijven. Zo creëert u de mogelijkheid per huurderslocatie een eigen lichtpad te volgen.

Beveiliging

Ook op het gebied van beveiliging kan SC Solutions u van dienst zijn, bijvoorbeeld met camera’s voor binnen en buiten, of met pinhole camera’s die in keypads geplaatst kunnen worden. Hierbij leveren wij recorders waarop u uw beelden kunt zien.

Daarnaast bieden wij, gekoppeld aan onze software SC Acces, op unit niveau beveiliging met Boxwatchers of magneetcontacten.
