Amsterdam Noord is volop in ontwikkeling. Er wordt volop gebouwd met het oog op wonen en werken. Tegemoetkomend aan beide zaken ontwikkelt Join Me op dit moment een mooi concept: flex office, waar flexplekken, kantoorruimten en vergaderruimtes per dag, week of maand gehuurd kunnen worden.
In Amsterdam Noord is een gebouw aangekocht, de verbouwing in gang gezet en vervolgens komt SC Solutions wederom in beeld voor de beveiliging en het toegangsbeheer. Een mooie klus op geringe afstand.
Het concept
Join Me redeneert vanuit de gedachte dat de manier van werken in zijn algemeenheid aan het veranderen is. Lang niet iedereen wil nog iedere dag naar een kantoorgebouw reizen om daar een vaste werkplek te hebben, terwijl er vanuit huis of dicht bij huis net zo eenvoudig gewerkt kan worden. Waarom immers tijd verdoen met reizen, terwijl dat niet strikt noodzakelijk is? Daarbij willen lang niet alle bedrijven geconfronteerd worden met dure huren van panden en reiskosten van personeel. Tel je deze twee zaken bij elkaar op, dan kom je tot de conclusie dat het wel heel prettig zou zijn als er in de buurt van de eigen woning een pand zou staan waar je voor een dag, week of maand een ruimte kan huren om aan het werk te gaan.
Flexplekken, kantoorruimtes en vergaderruimte met faciliteiten
Join Me biedt momenteel reeds in Haarlem en straks ook in Amsterdam Noord flexplekken, kantoorruimtes en vergaderruimtes die gehuurd kunnen worden. Zo is het mogelijk een flexplek te huren op een plek waar meerdere mensen op voldoende afstand van elkaar aan het werk kunnen. Wil je liever meer privacy, dan huur je een kantoorruimte. Heb je behoefte aan meer ruimte, waar je met een groep mensen kunt overleggen, dan is er zelfs de mogelijkheid tot het huren van een vergaderruimte. Daarbij is er de beschikking over koffie, thee, printers, WiFi, enz. Aan mogelijkheden geen gebrek. Wil je een ruimte huren? Dan is dat online in vijf minuten tijd te regelen.
Aandeel SC Solutions
In navolging op de vestiging Join Me flex office Haarlem, waar SC Solutions succesvol de toegang en beveiliging mocht verzorgen, is SC Solutions wederom benaderd. Deze keer om voor de nieuwe vestiging in Amsterdam Noord de toegang en beveiliging van de selfstorage en het pand voor flexoffice te regelen.
De toegang tot het terrein, het pand en de individuele ruimtes wordt uitgevoerd met een slagboom en keypads.
Voor de beveiliging plaatsen wij een ruim aantal camera’s in de algemene ruimten en Boxwatchers in de individuele ruimten. Zo kan niet alleen de veiligheid maar ook de netheid geborgd worden.
De voorbereidingen in Amsterdam Noord zijn in volle gang, de aannemer is druk in de weer en wij zijn er klaar voor om eind mei te starten met onze enthousiaste installatiemonteurs. Op naar een mooi stukje vakmanschap binnen de eigen regio.

A building has been purchased in Amsterdam Noord, the renovation has started and SC Solutions then comes into the picture again for security and the access control. A nice job at a short distance.
The concept
Join Me reasons from the idea that the way of working in general is changing. Not everyone wants to travel every day to an office building to have a permanent workplace there, while it is just as easy to work from home or close to home. After all, why waste time traveling when it’s not strictly necessary? Not all companies want to be confronted with expensive rents for buildings and travel costs for staff. If you add these two things together, you come to the conclusion that it would be very nice if there were a building near your own home where you could rent a space for a day, week or month to to go to work.
Flex desks, office spaces and meeting room with facilities
Join Me currently offers flexible workplaces, office spaces and meeting rooms that can be rented in Haarlem and soon also in Amsterdam North. For example, it is possible to rent a flex desk in a place where several people can work at a sufficient distance from each other. If you prefer more privacy, you can rent an office space. If you need more space where you can confer with a group of people, it is even possible to rent a meeting room. There is also access to coffee, tea, printers, WiFi, etc. There is no shortage of options. Do you want to rent a space? Then this can be arranged online in five minutes.
Share SC Solutions
Following the Join Me flex office Haarlem location, where SC Solutions was able to successfully provide access and security, SC Solutions was again approached. This time to arrange access and security for the self-storage and the flex office building for the new location in Amsterdam Noord.
Access to the site, the building and the individual areas is provided with a barrier and keypads.
For security, we place a large number of cameras in the general areas and box watchers in the individual areas. In this way, not only safety but also cleanliness can be guaranteed.
Preparations in Amsterdam North are in full swing, the contractor is busy and we are ready to start at the end of May with our enthusiastic installation technicians. On to a beautiful piece of craftsmanship within our own region.
