Kubox

We are proud to say that we will convert multiple sites of Kubox, on request of their new owner 1Box.

Our mechanics work hard on the site based in Alpen aan de Rijn. Soon we will be working on the sites in Alkmaar, Schiedam and Amsterdam, to install our access control system SC Access, in combination with keypads.

Placement

JOIN ME is a new player in the market, which not only focuses on Self-Storage, but that focuses mainly on SELF OFFICE. At JOIN ME it is possible to rent a flex desk, office space or meeting room per hour, day, week or month. With this, JOIN ME responds well to the changes in the market, where companies do not always want to have their own fixed location.

SC Solutions was allowed to step into this new world, where we took care of the automation and security. From keypads at the entrance, to camera systems, recording recorders, electric locks, Boxwatchers and light and lift switches. We were also allowed to supply the barriers and the Smart Access app. These are now used with great success by tenants and managers, making a completely unmanned flex office possible.

Atout Box is a large Self Storage company in France with seven branches, for which SC Solutions was allowed to arrange access and security. Most branches work with keypads for access in conjunction with our SC Access system. Very large branches are already equipped with our Boxwatchers and our Boxwatchers digital. The last project was Atout Box Alès, where we were able to connect no less than 800 Boxwatchers with our enthusiastic team of mechanics.

1 Box is a fast-growing Self-Storage company that belongs to the top 3 in the Netherlands with the most number of branches. They have opened their own Self Storage branches and have taken over existing companies with which SC Solutions already did business. And that’s not all. 1 Box does not sit still and continues to grow, using the Self-Storage package Store 365, from the Dutch Store-IT, with which SC Solutions has a good cooperation and links.

SC Solutions is proud to realize access automation at 1 Box with our package of SC Access, keypads for access, speaking listening stations, Boxwatchers, cameras and hard disk recorders. We have also been able to provide some branches with barriers and access columns.

Lagerbox Pfortzheim

Lagerbox is the first Self Storage entrepreneur in Germany, who has been expanding enormously

since 2008With first branches in Leverkusen, Berlin, Frankfurt am Main and Stuttgart, Lagerbox has grown enormously. A growth that we were able to experience from the very beginning. . Lager Box now has more than 30 branches.

We are a regular supplier of access security: SC Access, Keypads and Boxwatchers. We are pleased that we are called in time and time again, where we can rely on our permanent installation team in Germany.

Opslagbox Zaandam

The Opslagbox in Zaandam was completely renovated in 2021. Old units were removed and new units were installed. From SC Solutions we were allowed to take care of the entire access automation. We installed SC Access with keypads, door locks and Boxwatchers. With this, a completely unmanned Self Storage was realized. This in combination with a camera system and a barrier with license plate recognition for access, makes this a wonderful reference. Especially because the tenants of De Opslagbox can download our SC Tenant App for gaining access.

La Stiva Italië

La Stiva is an existing customer of ours, where we installed our SC Access access system in 2017,

together with Boxwatchers for individual box security. Already in 2018 an expansion followed, after which we were now, in 2022, again engaged for a further expansion. Also at this Self Storage company we used local installers.

Edelbox Groningen en Deventer

Edelbox Beheer started with Self Storage in 2021. In addition, they had a completely new approach: make sure that the storage space has a luxurious and neat appearance. Sleek walls, beautiful chandeliers and cleanliness at the level of detail. This rightly resulted in a very nice result, to which we were allowed to contribute.

The concept is completely unmanned, where we have installed keypads, camera systems and Boxwatchers. Tenants at Edelbox can download the SC Tenant App, which allows them to access the site and their rented unit. The administrator is in possession of the SC Manager App, to remotely manage the branches.

Budgetbox Nijmegen

Budgetbox is an existing customer of ours, where we already installed SC Access in 2011 with individual Boxwatchers for security of the individual units. Budgetbox now has units behind the current Self Storage garage units, which can be accessed separately. For these units we supplied extra keypads, which were installed by a local installer.
