    You have a service agreement with pincode and can get support 24/7 from SC Solutions due to a malfunction or urgent problem you’d like to report.

    After reporting the malfunction by filling in the service form, a service engineer will contact you as soon as possible.

    Depending on the service agreement we’ll try to solve the problem at the helpdesk or on remote. If needed we’ll send a service engineer to your location.
