Within Self Storage, there are companies with large branches that consist of multiple floors. How do you ensure that a tenant only goes to the place where he is allowed to be? Prevent wandering

Thanks to our own access software, which has been working excellently at many Self Storage locations since 2008, it is possible to set the access rights of tenants. As a location manager, you determine where tenants are allowed to go and when they have access. This way, you can prevent tenants from moving around the entire building without permission.

Lifts where necessary

Thanks to the SC Liftswitch it is possible to regulate the access rights of the lift. This allows you to determine whether a tenant of a unit may or may not use the lift. The location of the rented unit will be leading in this.

 

Serviceable access bear

By using the SC Liftswitch in combination with the SC Access access package, more is possible. It is not only possible to set whether a tenant is allowed to use the elevator, but a restriction can even be applied to the use of the elevator. If a tenant has a unit on the second floor, he will have access to the elevator to the second floor, but he cannot get out on the first floor, for example. In this way, you help the tenants to go to the right floor and you prevent wandering through the company.
