In consultation with our customers in Self Storage, we have developed our own electronic door lock system, which can be opened with an app.
How do door locks work?
The door locks from SC Solutions consist of a bracket with an electronic lock. These are neatly concealed in the door frames, whereby no drilling is required in swing doors and no annoying damage occurs when replacing locks. Thanks to our Boxcontroller, it is possible to unlock the locks using an app and even really open them. This also means that handles on doors are no longer necessary.
Roller doors and swing doors
We have solutions for both roller doors and swing doors, to open them electronically with an app. In both cases, the lock is completely concealed in the door frame and there is a wired system where battery replacement is not necessary. This offers more security and less work for the manager of the Self Storage. For extra security for your tenants, you can also use our Boxwatcher for motion detection and detection of heat and moisture. Perfect for a new construction location, but also suitable as a retrofit solution for an existing Self Storage location, to upgrade it to the modern era. Keys become redundant.
