Edelbox Beheer started with Self Storage in 2021. In addition, they had a completely new approach: make sure that the storage space has a luxurious and neat appearance. Sleek walls, beautiful chandeliers and cleanliness at the level of detail. This rightly resulted in a very nice result, to which we were allowed to contribute.

The concept is completely unmanned, where we have installed keypads, camera systems and Boxwatchers. Tenants at Edelbox can download the SC Tenant App, which allows them to access the site and their rented unit. The administrator is in possession of the SC Manager App, to remotely manage the branches.

Budgetbox is an existing customer of ours, where we already installed SC Access in 2011 with individual Boxwatchers for security of the individual units. Budgetbox now has units behind the current Self Storage garage units, which can be accessed separately. For these units we supplied extra keypads, which were installed by a local installer.

Yes Box Halle Duitsland

For Yes Box, SC Solutions realized a new Self Storage in 2019 with keypads, Boxwatchers for individual unit security and a camera system. In 2022, Yes Box will open a second location: completely unmanned. Because SC Solutions was the first to bring a proven unmanned system to the market, we were allowed to supply and install this system.

Lock’o België

Lock’O is an existing well-known family business for Self Storage in Belgium. This organization has more than 30 branches. Lock’O has chosen to carry out the North side of Belgium with SC Solutions. In recent years we have been able to supply three new branches: Chenee, Zaventem, Dampremy.

Pelican Varisto

Pelican Self Storage is a large organization in Scandinavia, with more than 30 branches in Finland,

Norway and Sweden. We have been providing the access systems for Pelican Self Storage since 2010, and this year we have been assigned a new location. Given the distance, we at Pelican work with local installers, who install in close contact for us. This cooperations works very well.

Lagerlöwe Essen en Magdenburg

Lagerlöwe started in 2020 in the Self Storage in Kiel Germany. Due to the success, new buildings have been built in Essen and Magdenburg. SC solutions has supplied the SC Access access system for all locations, together with Boxwatchers and an extensive camera system with indoor and outdoor cameras. In addition, we have been able to provide the manager app, with which the manager can remotely control and manage the branches with the smartphone.

The installation was commissioned by our German in-house installer Eitek.

Extra Stockage in France has been a trusted customer of ours for many years. Already in 2012 we were allowed to supply Boxwatchers and keypads for Self Storage. Over the years there has been an update of our Boxwatcher and we have been able to provide an expansion.
